My take on it is that goodness follows goodness. It's not that good people look for good things. They find goodness in everything that they see. That's what makes life so good for them.
What Jesus mentioned in Mathew 18:3 isn't really rocket science. "I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven."
Jesus, during His time on earth, didn't really talk earth shattering stuff. Yet He did. It was in His simple statements that He really revolutionized our thinking.
I don't think we ever lose the ability to think simple, do the things that really makes us happy, benevolence and all that jazz. We chose not to. For some reason that makes sense as we grow older. They call it maturity, some call it experience. I call it naansense.
Live it up, man. You only get to live this life once.
