Aim: Get to the best fitness form of my life

Football 30% fitness. My touch came back, but still mind 10 steps ahead of body. More running required.

I am going to make the most of this summer. I may get back to playing club cricket again. Increase racquetball frequency. Need to find a good badminton court and a decent enough baddy partner. Volleyball, maybe extend it to twice a week.

And guitar.
